Wootz! Last week I had the opportunity to be part of the Making It Great Challenge at Pizza Hut. Guess what we did at their flagship outlet in Pavilion Elite? We are ready for our challenge. We started our session with a quick Kitchen Tour lead my Mr Eric Leong, the General Manager of Pizza Hut. He is such a knowledgeable, hands on and friendly boss. 

We are ready for Making It Great Challenge at Pizza Hut Malaysia

All the ingredients are prepared fresh at their kitchen. We started with the freezer room where all the fresh meats and seafood are kept there. Then we moved to the chiller room where all they keep all the vegetables and cheese. 

Remember must wash hand first before handle any food, hygiene and cleanliness is important ya

Now, this is the serious part! look how I create my own pizza at Pizza Hut kitchen with the guidance from Eric Leong. Check out my video on below to see the step by step how I make my own pizza. 

Tadah!!! here is my creation, I named it “Sunshine Chic” because its loaded with chicken meat, pineapple, cherry tomatoes and of course lots of mozzarella cheese. Yummmssss… according to Eric it tasted quite balance.

Overall this is such hand-on and fun experience where I personally get to create my own pizza using all the fresh ingredients at Pizza Hut Pavilion outlet. Thanks Pizza Hut Malaysia. Now I know that it is not so easy to prepare a pizza. From the order taking, to the kitchen, making that pizza there are lots of hard work behind the scene.
