Recently we had our fusion lunch at the new Melur & Thyme First Franchise Restaurant at Gleneagles Hospital, Jalan Ampang. The restaurant is located in the new building of Gleneagles Hospital, block B on the Ground Floor together with some other restaurants as well.

Crispy Aromatic Duck

Shredded crispy aromatic duck served with roti jala, greens, chilly, fresh sliced garlic and sauces. This is one of the dish I will come back for. I love to wrap the flavourful, aromatic and crispy aromatic duck in the roti jala and lightly dipped it with some sauces.

This is a special dish only served at Melur & Thyme. The rich creamy sauce with crab and seafood spaghetti.

Chicken Wing Satay

Juicy marinated chicken wings with spices and herbs grilled to perfection. It’s served with peanut sauce, onions and cucumbers. It’s kind of satisfying because you get the who juicy chicken wings on your hands.
