To me
the simmer way of cooking is healthier, the food is not fried, nor deep fried
and there are a lot of assorted vegetables in the pot. Using juices from over
ten nutritious vegetables, and sauces, it makes the dish flavorful and mouth-watering
without using a drop of water.
Prosperity Lou Sang |
We had this fresh and healthy Prosperity
Lou Sang to kick start the dinner.

Assorted
Seafood Pot comes with a bed of assorted vegetables and the mains are prawns,
cod fish slices, cuttlefish and oyster. The original sauce flavour is moderate
which is suitable for most. When its cooked we can taste the freshness and
sweetness of the seafood with the aromatic sauce.
Pork & Fungus Pot with Spicy Sauce, RM110 |
Pork
& Fungus Pot with Spicy Sauce, RM110
The Pork
& Fungus Pot with Spicy Sauce has stronger flavour and more ompph. I
personally like the spicy sauce because it gives me more kick plus I love spicy
food. Pork & Fungus Pot comes with a generous serving of pork belly, black
fungus, oyster mushroom, and king oyster mushroom.
After a
while the sauce became thicker we can request to add some soup to the pot and
it becomes soupy like steamboat. Then add on the fish balls or side orders and
continue to enjoy the soup.
