My tea time with the loved ones is set on a white tray that I can
easily bring it around to the room, garden, living or dining room. Serving some
simple and easy to prepare delights such as IKEA multigrain crispbread and biscuits
with chocolate and raspberry filling, scones, jams, log cake and macaroons. This

Well after all the festive indulgence this is to remind you and me
to consider to eats clean or eat more vegetables, fruits and grains. Plus bring
my own lunch box to work so that I can control the type and amount of food I consume.

OMG.... I'm reading this post at this hour when I'm so hungry! I wished Ikea was next door huhu.. I will shop and dine all day with ease... Sigh
