Look at the amount of food here… we had a scrumptious meal at B @ Cascades located at the new premise of Dataran Cascades, Kota Damansara. I was curious why is it called B? Well according to the Chef B is a simple name; it could be B in the moment, B yourself, B honest and B yourself. Just like how good dining should Be experienced, non-complicated and enjoyable.

Kick start with this mouth-watering huge platter of Seafood Maniac for all the seafood lovers. There are 5 types of seafood cooked in different styles and great for sharing with friends and family. This platter consists of Baked Scallops; Fish & Chips; Grilled Scampi with Garlic Sauce; Grilled Squid with Teriyaki Sauce and Baked Mussels with Chef Special Sauce. Of course the Grilled Scampi with Garlic Sauce is my and also majority favourite. Squeezed lemons on top of the seafood to add the zesty taste and eat it when it’s hot, cooked just right using gas grill.

Wootz! any carnivore here? OMG! When the chef bring this dish out I can’t wait to dig in especially the aroma is luring me. The Sharing Platter consists of Fried Finger Luncheon Meat, Grill Chicken, Grill Beef, Grill Lamb and Fried Pork Belly. Of all these tempting meat, I can’t stop pigging the Crispy Pork Belly. The flavourful meat is juicy and the skin is crispy. The Fried Finger Luncheon Meat is a great appetizer and the Grill Lamb is cooked just right.

Seducktive Salad is tangy and sweet with tender smoked duck on a bed of fresh salad leaves and mandarin orange wedges. I like the light dressing and the flavorful of smoked duck.

Beware this is very addictive, once I start I can’t stop. I love this Crispy Fried Butterfly Anchovies and it everyone's favourite too. It's so crunchy, crispy, aromatic and it’s not overly salty. This is a prefect finger food or appetizer at the bar with drinks.

Aha! This is a must try if you are a bacon lovers or fans. The deep fried melting cheese wrapped with bacon is just irresistible. I don’t mind a second helping, this is another addictive dish at B Cascades.

B's Babelicious Pork Burger portion is pretty huge with thick pork patties, caramelized onions, cheese and crispy strips of bacon on top plus salad and chips on the side. The pork patties is quite tasty and also juicy.

If you love spicy pasta then the B's Style Scallop Alio Olio Pasta is for you. The pasta comes with succulent scallops and also tossed with cili padi. Although it doesn’t look spicy but when you eat it you can feel the kick and its appetizing.

This is a must try dessert. I love the warm and freshly baked brownies with vanilla ice cream. It is simply delightful and happiness.

Overall the food at B Cascades is fairly good and portion are reasonable also. The meat sharing platter is one of the must try plus the bacon bomb and Crispy fried butterfly anchovies. The dining area is cozy and they also have bar and served alcohol too.
