Avène Thermal Spring Water is the STAR product and also a must have! So what is so great about this mist? It is a naturally soothing source for sensitive skin since 1736 through the Cévennes Mountains in Avène, France and one sold in every two seconds worldwide. Avène Thermal Spring Water is definitely more than water. It is a multi-purpose and essential skincare for me that can help to soothe and softens sensitive skin such as redness, itching and discomfort sensation.

There are many more goodness and usage besidesface mist. For daily care the Thermal Spring Water can be used to set makeup, after hair removal, after shave, diaper rash, travelling and after sports. For dermathological care we can use for to soothe sunburn, discomfort and very dry skin, post-surgery, damaged skin and redness on the face.

You can use the Avène Thermal Spring Water anytime of the day and as many times as you like. Spray the mist on your skin and leave it for 2 or 3 minutes before gently dab the skin. Please that note, do not shake the bottle. 

Immediately after the spray I feel refreshed, there is a mild cooling and soothing sensation. I love to use it when I’m stuck in the traffic jam under a hot sunny day. No only it helps to refresh, rehydrate and calm my skin but also myself. The mist gives a cooling sensation that de-stress and keep me awake. 

DIY dermatological treatment at home

I can DIY my dermatological treatment at home, this is the best way and easiest to soothe the sunburn or reaction to a cosmetic product or heat and discomfort after chemical peel or laser treatment or suddenly your skin becomes sensitive or itchy.

Spray Avène Thermal Spring Water on the face, then spray the facial mask with Avène Thermal Spring Water until its completely soak and place it on the face for 15 minutes, spray again if necessary, the remove the mask and continue with the next products.

Avène Thermal Spring Water is available in 50ml, 150ml and 300ml. Usually I carry the 50ml in my handbag so I can use it whenever I need it, especially when I am stuck in the traffic jam on a hot sunny day. It soothe, hydrate and refresh my skin immediately. I have the 150ml on my workstation so whenever I feel stress and sleepy I spray it so keep me awake and de-stress. The 300ml is actually a bit big for me, the best is to keep it at home as the daily skincare regime and dermatological soothing mask.
