So I decided to try out Visa Checkout, it is the new solution from Visa that improves the online payment experience for online shopaholics like us. Visa Checkout website is user friendly and we can use our smartphones, tablets or laptops to login. I just registered my Visa Checkout account while I was waiting for my friends to arrive at the bistro few days ago. It only takes three steps to complete; so convenient and easy.

Three easy steps to create a Visa Checkout account

1. Go to the website www.visacheckout.com.my and click “Create Account”. It’s a one-time registration. Please take note, a single account that can be used across all your devices.

2. Enter your details such as name, email address or mobile number and create your password.

3. Enter your credit or debit card and shipping information. Once you fill that up, click add card, and you’re done. On a side note, you can add more than one credit or debit card. For example, I have added two different credit cards.

Done! Now you can speed through checkout using a single log-in wherever you see the Visa Checkout button on the merchant website. At Visa Checkout you only need your username and password to pay.

2. Sign up by entering your email, name, gender, password and choose your preferences. Registration is done and we can start to shop. Please make sure that your Bluetooth is on.

3. Select the desired deals. For example I select the A Deal of a Meal! Visa Card SweetSpot Exclusive – get a Kenny’s ala carte quarter chicken for only RM1. Click on “Buy It”.

Payment – swipe the “Visa Checkout” bar. Enter your Visa Checkout password and it will bring you to Visa Checkout site, select your Visa Card (if you have more than one). If you only register for 1 Visa Card then it will auto select for you. Then double check the amount, for this deal is only RM1. Click “Pay”. You will receive an ePay Code (please refer to the photo attach) remember the code. Then the paymeny gateway will appear. So enter the Secure ePay Code and it’s done!

Once the transaction and purchase is successful, the deal will be in your SweetSpot Wallet and you will receive an email too. Go to your preferred Kenny Rogers ROASTERS restaurant and select the coupon in your wallet (SweetSpot App) and click Redeem. Enjoy your treats, RM1 for Quarter Chicken so worth it la!
