We were at the official launch of the new Nestlé Omega Plus Milk with Oats was held at One World Hotel, Bandar Utama. This is the first in the market, the only milk that has Acticol^®, a plant sterols that has been scientifically proven to block cholesterol from entering the bloodstream. It works simultaneously with Beta-glucan from oats that binds with cholesterol in the gut and removes it from the body.

Well, partly because of family history with high cholesterol level and also my cravings for crabs and seafood.
