We have to keep ourselves motivated and active, recently I joined more runs and workout sessions with friends and family. Recently I completed my 21km run at We Run KL 2016, as you know the sun was blazing hot but thanks to Lip Hop Super Defence EX Sun Protection Milk SPF115 PA+++ my skin was fine and there is no sun burn.
