This skincare range consists of 5 products - Foaming Cleanser, Freshener, Ultimate Serum, Ultimate Cream and Mask. The MelaCEP Plus+ Luminous System not only for skin brightening but also providing the hydration to our skin. This skincare range is suitable for dry, normal, combination or oily skin types. It’s gentle and non-irritating.

Usually whitening product can be drying to the skin but the Ultimate Cream in Mary Kay MelaCEP Plus+ Luminous System provides all-day moisturization to our skin when used day and night, as well as the Ultimate Serum that conditions skin without drying it out.

It is formulated with edelweiss extract, algae extract, and vegetable amino acids. These active ingredients target the melanin, help to reduce the appearance of skin discoloration, reduce the appearance of dark spots and even out skin tone. Plus it also contains shiitake mushroom extract that helps to purify the skin.

This is a mild Foaming Cleanser with thick liquid and milky texture. Use twice a day, morning and night. Just squeeze a small size in palm and lather with water. Then gently massage the foam on the whole face. Rinse thoroughly with water. My skin feels fresh and clean without tightness or irritation. I like the mild botanical scent.

Pour this refreshing and cooling Freshener or toner on cotton pad and gently wipe all over the face and neck. It helps to tone and refresh the skin plus wipe away the access impurities. The texture is like water and bare have any scent. No tingling sensation or oily.

This emulsion texture Ultimate Serum absorbed fast into my skin and leaves a smooth and supple feels. It’s not oily or sticky and can be used twice a day, morning and night. The whitening serum is the key product, without the serum the brightening will not be that obvious. The bottle comes with a pump, so usually I press 2 pumps and apply on my whole face and neck after cleanser and freshener. Options, can also apply more on the spots or pigmentation area.

The Ultimate Serum contains Hexylresorcinol that target glutathione and the accumulation of pigment on the skin’s surface. Glutathione is vital to the skin’s purification process. In addition, glutathione can impact melanocytes, which are responsible for melanin that can appear on the skin. Plus it also contains Maritime pine and white birch extracts to target melanin.

The moisture effect gives the natural glow on the skin.

Yes! this MelaCEP Plus+™ Mask gives the immediate brightening and luminous effect. I like the creamy white texture that can easily spread all over my face and neck. There is no scent and no tingling sensation after apply this mask. Its gentle on the skin. Squeeze a pea size and apply all over the face, avoid the eyes and lips areas. Leave it for 10 – 15 minutes and can be used 2 or 3 times a week.

Some beauty tips and tricks, if your skin looks tired after a long day and you are heading out for dating. Cleanse away your existing makeup and wash your face, tone, mask, serum and moisturize. Then apply makeup, you will look fresh and radiant. This mask is also great rescue before the photo shoot. Overall the Mary Kay new MelaCEP Plus+™ Luminous System works gently on our skin at the same time provides gradual brightening effects on our skin. It’s recommended to use the whole range to see the visible and desirable results. However I like the Ultimate Serum and Mask, the Ultimate Cream also great to replenish the moisture to my skin. After using it for 2 weeks it helps to enhance my skin’s overall appearance by improving my skin brightness, reduced the yellowish and dull skin tone. This whitening skincare range is gentle, not drying and it’s suitable for Asian skin.
