Lancome recently launched the latest Cushion Compact High Coverage with SPF50 PA+++, a new generation cushion for high coverage that gives up to 12 hours of lasting lively rosy makeup result with Polar Technology.

Here are the new innovations and improvements of Lancome Blanc Expert Cushion Compact High Coverage from the previous one that was introduced last year.

Polar Technology - dense sponge & new mesh

1. Polar Technology - dense sponge & new mesh

Lancome new Blanc Expert Cushion Compact High Coverage is using the Polar Technology which is a double layered system for double performance “sieve” effect to ensure velvety results. The new tint cushion Polar Technology designed to adapt to a thicker, creamier texture and therefore with more coverage. The secrets are the sponge that has been reinvented and covered with an innovative mesh.

The sponge: it is composed of intertwined fibres, which offers more space to the formula thanks to the larger cavities. The stiffness of these fibres also allows for an optimal conservation of the formula at the heart of the sponge.

The mesh: covering the sponge and activated at first use, it filters the formula to ensure a fine and uniform application while participating in retaining its freshness.

A slight pressure on the powder puff of the cushion and the formula comes up to the surface. Neither too much nor not enough: by filtering the formula ideally, the Cushion Polar technology allows for the release of just the right dose.

2. High Coverage Formula

I am using the #BO-01 and this is my all in 1 compact, as my makeup base, foundation and also compact. Thanks to the high coverage formula that helps to covers the imperfections now I don’t have to use concealer unless on a bad skin day. The new formula is dense and opaque without sacrificing its lightweight application and easy spread onto the skin. One simple press of the mesh that covers the sponge is enough to bring down the viscosity of the Jel-Liquid technology for an easier application and even skin result. It gives a better and higher coverage with richer pigments.

3. Cooling Sensation

After applying the new Blanc Expert Cushion Compact High Coverage I can feel a very mild cooling sensation especially on my cheeks area. According to Lancome, the evaporation of a portion of the components of the formula immediately drops the temperature of the surface of our skin by -1.7 ° C.

4. Lightweight Texture and Fresh Feeling  

Even though the coverage is high, however the texture is lightweight and finishing is velvety smooth. After application, skin feels fresh and natural plus it comes with mild rosy scent.

5. Long lasting

The new cushion compact can last for about 12 hours. With our hot and humid weather we might have to touch up during midday especially on the t-zone.

It’s a make-up product and skincare combined, Blanc Expert Cushion Compact High Coverage is enriched with a cocktail of skincare active ingredients and SPF 50+/PA+++ protection.
