Here is the sneak peek of H&M Studio Spring Summer 2016
collection; it’s am adventure in Style, Glamour & Bliss of Adventure. H&M
Studio is about taking every opportunity that comes all season long. The girl
is always exploring, whether she’s on the city streets or on the trip of a
lifetime. She mixes function with femininity, sportswear with pieces for a party
and whatever she wears she always looks effortless.

It’s about journeys as a way of life, from finding yourself in the
city to travelling into the unknown. The freedom of bohemia, prints, throw-on
layers-mixes with the bliss of an endless beach summer, along with the
functionality of the trekker and the sportiness of the urban girl.
Her clothes are like memories, in sun-bleached shades or patch worked
to give new life. Whichever piece she’s wearing, it has to be effortless, ready
for the next experience, whether she’s out in nature or on the streets of the
city.
Functionality is essential: performance hooded outerwear; frontier and utility jackets, with functional details like drawstrings; and sports leggings and bra.
Pieces are elevated yet easy: the glamour of spaghetti strap striped dresses with handkerchief hems, halterneck top and long skirts, or optic native print kaftans with oversized tie fronts.
Mix activewear with feminine pieces, like vivid-print silk T-shirt dresses; little tiered dresses tied by straps, or gathered tunics to throw on at the beach or ready to party.
A worn-in feeling makes the pieces feel like memories, like the raw edges of a halterneck top, or the sunbleached shade of a patchworked dress that’s like it’s been mended to live again.
It’s that elevated effortless wardrobe where everything can be packed into a backpack: halternecks, bikinis, draped shorts, performance leggings, floaty dresses and hoodie.

The patterns on that dress are exquisite. Even the long-sleeved dress on the opposite photo is beautiful. There's a touch of Boho in the designs.
ReplyDeleteHi! Nice pics you've got there. I'm not into fashion but your presentation sure sounds lovely.
ReplyDeleteI like H&M clothes. They are comfy and cool. Thanks for sharing about this new collection.
ReplyDeleteGreat post. I love H&M. I love their shirts and shoes. Thanks for sharing this. Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of layering clothes. The design of the clothes are really nice, I just don't think I can pull off wearing these pieces.
ReplyDeleteI really really love H&M's pieces especially the Divided Line! Can't wait to see these in stores :D
ReplyDeleteThese are really bold styles by H&M studios. This will definitely make you stand out.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I do not really like the designs or even the cloth patterns of H&M outfits. This was when we first saw them in Europe and now that they are available locally. I guess to each his own.
ReplyDeleteI usually love the H&M collections and they got a good texture even for everyday wearing. These designs are somehow a bit bold for me.
ReplyDeleteI love H&M, I am just obsessed with everything they have. I am so excited for SS16, thanks for the preview.
ReplyDeleteerm, ever since h&m landed in my country a few years back, i've been popping by as and when, when i'm roaming the malls and till date i cannot find a piece of apparel that i truly like. somehow, their collections are either not very wearable, or just outright 'abstract'.
ReplyDeleteLove these looks. But as a blogger, I often have to interchange clothes and these will run out after a while. I love how this reminded me of Vanessa Hudgen's bohemian style though~
ReplyDeleteLove that deep blue and rust combo. I'm so much digging to rust color these days and just got a lipstick in that shade!
ReplyDeleteI all like the designs and styles. these are my thing. I like bold colors.
ReplyDeleteI'm not so good at wearing such designs. I'm more of the basic stuff like shirts and pants/leggings. But H&M seems like a great brand. :)
ReplyDeleteI love how affordable H&M are. This reminds me I need to pick up a few things there!
ReplyDeleteI love H&M and have been shopping there since they were first introduced in NY in 2000. Love them!
ReplyDeleteI like the second photo you have here, I can feel the comfort and the freedom wearing this.
ReplyDeleteI love the new collection, it's so perfect for nomads or wanderlust people. My favorite piece is the kaftan, it just looks soo casual and comfy.
ReplyDeleteI have some H&M clothes in my wardrobe. However, these patterns are not really my style. But different people, different preferences ;) It looks like you had fun at this studio!
