Yesterday I decide to stay at home instead of the usual Saturday
night out to experiment the new recipe. As you know Chinese New Year is around
the corner so I decided to incorporate some of the Chinese auspicious
ingredients in my recipe and hope that you can try it during the festive season
and holiday it as well. So here is my epic meal recipe, home cooked Pure South
New Zealand oriental rack of lamb. Yum yumss...
Pure South™ New Zealand's rack of lamb |

understand why it has such a large international following. The sweet flavours
and tender cuts provide for a unique experience. The best news is a strict
grass-fed diet results in leaner meat with fewer calories. They are also never
administered antibiotic, steroid or growth hormones.
