It was a Sparkling Christmas celebration @ Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
on Tuesday evening. I was really amazed by the spectacular Tallest Swarovski
Christmas Tree in Asia right in front of me as I walking to towards the concourse.

The whole concourse areas are full of sparkles and bling and this is the first Swarovski Christmas tree in Malaysia. It is 23 meter tall and was inspired by Swarovski’s Christmas Collection with Miranda Kerr. Made up entirely of crystal strands, the tree sparkles and shines with more than 3,100 crystal strands, which amounts to a staggering total of 174,853 pieces of individual crystals. Valued at approximately RM3 million.

During the launch event, live mannequins paraded, displaying the latest fashion collection by renowned fashion designer Khoon Hooi that brought the Swarovski Fall Winter 2015 collection to life.
There are a variety of other activities and performances will also be held throughout the celebration period, includes the Sparkling Pavilion Express train rides, the very thoughtful ‘Dear Santa’ mailbox where shoppers can mail a postcard to Santa himself, and the most sparkling treat of it all – magical snowfall at the Bukit Bintang entrance.

ReplyDeleteusing a swarovski's crystal was just looking classy for the holiday... very expensive christmas tree there in Malaysia. but still i hope that the spirit of the holiday live more than the material display.
