Hello! We are back again for some girly intimate sharing. By the way, do you know what I mean by Find The One? Find what… let me begin this neng neng story. Girls… image you are naked and stand in front of the mirror; are you admiring yourself or you feel shy or no confident to look at yourself because of your bust shape and size. Why? You are not sure and you never check. Are you wearing the right bra? Well finding the perfect bra is crucial for us it’s like finding a life partner. And I am glad that I Found It, how about you?

Alright today sharing is about finding the perfect bra for ourselves. A perfect bra not only gives your bust the right support but also the comfort that it deserves. Well according to a survey conducted by Triumph International, seven out of every 10 women would wear the wrong size bra and many are clueless on the right ways to find a bra that fits perfectly.

So here I was at Triumph Boutique to Find The One bra that perfect for me and suits my lifestyle. When I arrived at the boutique the bubbly sales personnel Emily approached me. I told her that I came for the fitting, immediately she handed me this Find The One card and asked me to filled up my particulars.

So the fitting process began… Emily took some measurements on my bust line, lower bust line, waist and hips. Then she calculated the measurements and told me my cup size. After that she asked me about my preferences then introduced me to a few types according to my cup sizes.

I tried a few and then decided this Body Make-Up range. Well with the active and busy lifestyle plus I like to wear some body fitting dresses, t-shirts and blouse so the nude everyday classic bra with the seamless panty is the perfect one for me.

However for me just the Body Make-Up range is not enough to compliments my lifestyles. We need different types of lingerie for different occasions and outfit. Here are some tips that I learned from Triumph and I would like to share with you all. 

The 7 Steps to find your perfect fit:-

1. The underband needs to feel comfortable yet firm with no digging in or red marks on your shoulder. Approximately you can slip one finger and move on your shoulder.

2. The back of our bra should be in line with the front.

3. Cups should be almost parallel to the arms not too high under the arms.

4. Your breast should fit neatly into the cups with no overspill, wrinkling or extra gaps in between.

5. Wire should be lie flat against our body no poking, discomfort or rubbing.

6. Bra centre front panel should sit flat against your body.

7. Your breast should be supported in their natural position, usually half way between shoulder and elbow.
