sourced specifically for this Paired Program.

with the refreshing mildly Hitachino Nest craft beer with a complex flavor of
coriander, orange peel, nutmeg. The spicy sardine give a kick.

Cherry Tomato Salad paired with a Villa Maria, Sauvignon Blanc or
a Hitachino Nest. This is something light and easy to kick start the evening.

Mountain Goat. My perfect meaty soup on Friday evening and it paired better with the Syrah, Gerard Bertrand. Another new
paring is the salted Anchovies Cigar with Peko De Gallo Dipping paired with a
Grenache Rose, Gerard Bertrand or a Mountain Goat.
