Last week I attended KoreanApps Wave 2015 @ Malaysia 2 days conference at the grand Pullman Putrajaya
Lakeside Hotel. Well during the conference Top 10 Korean Apps were launched in Malaysia @ Muhibbah Apps Talent 2015 by MyAppsZil
Asia. This conference showcased top mobile apps from Korea and Malaysia.
Well, the first day is more towards introduction of Global Apps market
outlook and revenue generated. Global consumer behavior in terms of Apps preference
and download ranks. Then we zoomed into Korea and Malaysia App economy and
trend. After that the App professional developers present their apps and also
share their tips, up and downs.
According to Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC) Malaysia
App Economy Outlook the revenues generated in 2011-2014 is $3235650. Overall, Malaysia
is lacking in talent in app development. There is a lot of demand but not
enough talents. So there is still a vacuum to be filled, hopefully we can reach
at least 2500 talent.

One of the interesting seminar was How To Develop an App in 15
minutes by Tiki Shabudin. He showed step by step on the big screen how to do
it, this is a very basic and simple app on Android. If you wish to learn about

There are many more Korean as well as Malaysia Apps were launched
during the conference. Ovearall, it was a good experience to learning from the professional app developer through their presentation and sharing session. Plus understand about the apps market Globally, Korea and Malaysia. The venue at Pullman Putrajaya hotel was beautiful and comfortable for conference.

It's definitely the apps era - there are so many, for almost everything we need. And they can indeed be useful! The first app - with free calls - is definitely a must try - and I'll check the last one too - for children!
ReplyDeleteI think it's great that it has already been identified that there's a lack of skilled developers of mobile apps. This is so that it can be solved and those interested can receive proper training. Reading Adventure Apps seems like the perfect app for those just learning how to read and relate text to images.

ReplyDeleteCreating an App these days are the rave and almost every company is jumping on the bandwagon. Nobody wants to be left behind. Consumers have so many to choose from and we even have free ones to try before purchasing the full versions! ReplyDeleteApp is somehow a necessity for smartphone users. It makes everything easier. And so, developers should always be up to date with advancements and should continuously find ways to make apps' performances better. This kind of event is great to address those kind of concerns.
