It was an overwhelming night to have dinner with the MasterChef
Asia judges, Chef Susur Lee, Bruno Menard and Audra Morrice at the Westin Kuala
Lumpur. Plus three dishes were specially prepared by the master chef on that
night.

Chef Susur Lee crafting the Singapore Slaw aka yee sang with more
than 20 ingredients. The the light and tangy dressing with strips of dried
chicken meat, crispy curry leaves, assorted fresh vegetables and fruits.

Chicken roulard by 3-Michelin Star Chef Bruno Menard was brilliant.
Slightly lighter taste and it’s definitely healthy. The mashed potatoes was
really creamy and smooth.

Such a delectable plating, the chocolate ganache tart with berries
and mini herbs by Chef Audra Morrice not only look pretty but also satisfying.

Ovearall, it was awesome with good companions, great food and drinks
in this opulent ambience indeed was a memorable dining experience by Lifetime
Asia and MasterChef Asia. Thanks for the invitation.
