Redken Frizz Dismiss Hair Pampering

Welcome Summer! We have summer almost all year long, the hot and humid weather caused our hair to become frizzy. I am tired of my unruly and frizzy hair; I am sure some of you faced the same problem as me as well. I tried Redken’s new Frizz Dismiss yesterday during the launch and hair pampering session at Atmosphere Salon, Atria Shopping Centre. Tadah!!! this was the result after using Redken Frizz Dismiss hair care range, I am impressed.

Redken Frizz Dismiss launch kicked start with Joyce, Redken Product Manager gave us the product introduction and briefing. Well, the new Frizz Dismiss offers the first-ever Frizz Protection Factor (FPF) in 3 levels of smoothing and humidity protection that address all frizzy hair types from fine to coarse and unruly.

Redken Frizz Dismiss Haircare Range

The Frizz Dismiss collection includes Shampoo, Conditioner, Mask and 4 FPF treatments. Frizz Dismiss offers a sulfate-free cleansing system, leave-in treatments with heat protection, and is safe for chemically straightened hair. Frizz Dismiss exclusive Humidity-Resist Complex contains Brazilian Pracaxi Oil and Aquatoril (skincare ingredient) to provide smoothness and help protect hair from humidity.

According to Yvonne, Atmosphere Salon stylist my hair is consider fine and frizzy so FPF 20 is suitable for me. Pampering session started with hair wash using Frizz Dismiss Shampoo, then followed by spraying the FPF 20 Smooth Force on my hair and then used the L’Oreal Professionnel SteamPod to penetrate the FPF into our hair keratin.

Which side is nicer?

The Frizz Protection Factor 20 (FPF 20) is a leave-in lightweight lotion spray that helps fine hair to detangle and more manageable. Some frizzy start from the roots and this FPF 20 is light enough to be sprayed at the hair roots without weighting the strands.

After that apply the Frizz Dismiss Mask Intense Smoothing Treatment and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse and spray the FPF 20 and then styled. This time I decided to have big curls for a change, my usual is straight.

Overall, the hair pampering session at Atmosphere Salon was luxurious and comfort. The stylists are so pro and friendly. After the wash, FPF and mask and blow dry I can feel that my hair is so smooth, soft and straighten. The Frizz Dismiss makes my hair more manageable and easy to style without compromising my hair volume and bounce.
