process on their mobile device. Where resume is not necessarily required, you
can log in with your social media profile and answer the competency questions.
This is the first social recruitment.
After the
launch, there was panel discussion about The Changing Face of Talent Acquisition
– How Malaysian Employers Can Tune In by Ms. Munirah Looi, Founder & CEO of
Brandt International; Mr. Stefan Sawh, Regional Director of Asia Pacific CAZAR;
Ms. Sangeeta Kaur, CEO of Emergenetics Malaysia & Brunei. The panelists
discussed about how could employers recruit the best fit for their vacancies
and why is profiling important for employment. Ms. Munirah Looi gave a very
good advice to the employers that they should hire on attitudes and train for
skill.
