(MSG). I have tried Simple Life Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant and their Organic Lei Cha with Brown Rice keep me going back for more.
What I like about the Simple Life Healthy Vegetarian Restaurant concept is
that their restaurant ambience and décor is very simple, clean, down to earth
and also the lighting is bright. When I entered the
restaurant, the first thing I feel calm and I decided to get a corner seat, observed and
ordered my food. Hmmm… when I look at the menu, I want to try all of them because
they look so tempting. Lucky that I went with a friend so we can share our food
and try more dishes. Alright time to order and eat…

This is the signature of Simple Life and also one of my favourite
all time vegetarian dish. Lei Cha is Hakka traditional recipe, I love the
generous portion of vegetables and when all the ingredients mixed with the
organic brown rice and vegetable soup ohlala… its simply delicious and healthy.
The soup has a mild green vegetable aroma and the taste is light, just the way
I like it. I am feeding my body with lots of fibers and goodness.

I will ordered the Kong Poh Lion’s Mane Mushroom Set when I need
something for filling and appetite satisfying. The Lion’s Mane Mushroom is hard
to get and this is cooked to perfection that taste like meat and I love the
moderate flavours that go well with the organic brown rice. This is not process
food, it’s mushroom. The set comes with soup, salad and acar.

Ahh.. missing my hot and spicy food. Taste the mild spiciness and
also the springy brown rice bee hoon. I like the texture of the bee hoon its
slightly thicker with generous portion of assorted fresh vegetables and soup.

Bean Soup is the Mee Hoon Kueh is made from pumpkin. The sweetness of the soup
is the natural sweetness from the black bean. They also have the Goji Berries,
seaweed, mushrooms and vegetables.

We Malaysian no matter how still loves our Nasi Lemak, at Simple
Life you can eat your Multi Grain Rice Nasi Lemak without guilt. It’s cooked
with extra virgin coconut oil with sambal made from carrots and cabbage with
multi grain rice and organic vegetable without the harmful pesticide and no
MSG. It is spicy and delicious resembling the usual nasi lemak.

nutritious. When I am not feeling well or no appetite to eat, this is the best

Overall, the vegetarian food at Simple Life is from fresh, organic and nutritious ingredients. There are many varieties for menu to choose from and they taste good even without the artificial flavours, msg and etc. The price is reasonable for the quality of ingredients that they used. So who say vegetarian food is boring and tasteless? Well, healthy
food can be delectable and beneficial to our health. At Simple Life, I can
enjoy the variety of Malaysian food without guilt.
