Raya Shopping @ Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari

How is your Ramadan so far? Did you puasa? Hehehe… well I tried and I succeeded 1 day, at least. It’s not easy though, I can tahan not eating for a day but not drinking is really tuff. Well, I received a few invitations to buka puasa events this month. Some friends already started to ask in the group chat what to wear. Luckily I already did some Raya Shopping at Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari. How about you? Have you started your Raya shopping?

When you are invited to Malay events such as buka puasa, raya open house or wedding; so what should you wear? Well, it would be nice to wear Malay costume, I am sure the host will be happy and remember that.

As for me I usually buy at least 1 set of baju kurung or kebaya every year. Usually is more than 1 set la… aheeem. As you know, I have many Malay friends and colleagues so on and off I get invitations to their wedding, corporate functions, open houses and etc. I can’t wear the same baju to all the events and functions right? I prefer baju kurung because it’s more versatile I can wear it to events, functions and also to work.

Raya Shopping, Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari, Hari Hari

Time to hunt for baju kurung, tadah!!! I am here at Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari in their Sungai Besi outlet for my Raya Shopping. Oh my! I tell you can find so many types of clothes at such a great bargain and affordable prices for the whole family. Well, I like to shop but I am smart shopper too. I don’t really go for branded stuff that cost a bomb. My style is as long as the clothes materials are good, comfortable and I look awesome in it, then it’s deal.

Jom shopping… I have selected a few but can’t decide which one look better on me and hey the what do you think of this rainbow pants? The material is so comfortable and suitable for the hot weather here.

Oh well, I cant decide now... which one looks better on me? Left or Right? Purple or the Pink? This baju kurung only cost RM69.90 getting both also no problem right... hehehe.

By the way, if baju kurung is not your choice then there is jubah, skirts, blouses, pants, t-shirts also. Not only that you can also find songkok, sejadah, kain batik, shoes, school bags, undergarments, daily wear and many more.

Raya Shopping, Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari, Hari Hari

The sales girl told me that their Family Set is selling very well. I know Malay family usually has theme for raya according to color code. The family set at Hari-Hari consist of baju kurung for the Mother and daugthers and baju Melayu for the father and sons. The whole set 2 adults and 2 children cost less than RM200.

Overall, I had a good shopping experience at Pusat Pakaian Hari Hari. Their clothes are so affordable, material are reasonably good and sales girls are also helpful and polite. Hey! I got 2 sets of baju kurung, 1 long skirt, 1 blouse and a few towels, all in less than RM200 wah what a good bargain. My baju kurung that only cost RM69.90 per set comes with beads (labuci) on the collar and sleeves, so worth it la. Usually at Ramadan bazaar will cost more than RM100.

  8. I have not experienced any Ramadan events. It's embarrassing that I do not know much about this month-long event. You are lucky you have close Muslim friends to teach you about their practices.
