I’m not afraid of going outdoors anymore when I have enough sun protection. Well, the most essential skincare that you must not forget to apply everyday especially when going outdoors in hot weather or on your summer holiday is your sunblock. Do you know that sun exposure is the major root cause for skin aging and skin diseases? Recently I tried Cetaphil UVA / UVB Defense SPF50+ Cream for face & body.
Are you afraid of getting dark, sun burned, tanned or freckles? Majority
will answer yes because most Asian girls love fair and flawless skin, including
myself. However, we are living in the tropical country, the weather is so hot
here and it’s like summer 365 days. Therefore sunblock is a skincare that we
must have and apply everyday even though we stay indoor we are exposed to the
harmful UV rays too.
Over exposure to harmful UV rays such as UVA and
UVB are the root cause skin aging, dehydration and pigmentation. Anyway, I
always incorporate sun protection in my beauty routine every morning before I
go out. The Cetaphil UVA / UVB SPF 50+ with UVB 28 is a high sun protection
cream that suitable for all skin types. It not only protects our skin at the
same time soothing and moisturizing. It is suitable for face and also body.
Every morning after prepping my face with skincare I will apply
Cetaphil UVA / UVB SPF 50+ all over my face and neck plus my body especially
arms and legs. It absorbs well onto my skin and leaves a comfortable smooth
finishing. The texture is thick but it is not oily and sticky plus does not
leave any white residues after application.
Some of us don’t like to apply sun protection on our skin,
especially face. This is because some bad sun blocks can make skin oily, sticky,
breakout, clog pores and leave a white residues after application. I can’t
apply those oily sunblocks on my face also because I will look so tired and my
makeup will gone or smudged.
Now, I have a solution with just one tube of Cetaphil UVA / UVB
Defense in my handbag I can reapply my sunblock on my face and body during
mid-day anywhere I go. As you know when we drive the sun directly hit on our hands
and arms. If we do not apply sun protection our skin will have dark spots,
wrinkles and pigmentations.

DeleteIt's crazy! I am all about how I can better my tan and do have freckles! I mainly use Factor 15 tanning oil but make sure I use Factor 50 on my daughter who is much paler than me anyway. You look fab! Sim xx
