Vroommm…. It’s my day out to test drive the Toyota Vios 1.5G! Well, I always thrilled when I get to drive new
car. How about you? To me car is a necessity, without car I can’t imagine how
to run so many errands in a day from one place to the others. I spent quite
substantial amount of hours on the road everyday so I need a comfortable,
durable and safe car at the same time reflects my personality as well.
What is your priority when you choose a car? I know this is a
tough question, I faced the same situation like you before. After I graduated
and started working I need a car to commute to work and it’s also part of my
job requirements. Car priorities vary from one to the other depending on our
budget, expectations, priority and also personality.

I always think that the Toyota Vios is family car until I test
drive the Vios 1.5G recently. When I picked up the car at UMW Toyota Sales
& Service Centre in Section 19 Petaling Jaya, Selangor my first glanced was
Oh Wow! It’s eye-catching! I like the cool aerodynamic advancements design.

I got the car key and can’t wait to vroom off! I enjoyed extra
convenience of the Smart Entry and Push
Start system. As long as the car key is in my pocket or handbag which is
near to me, I no longer need to use the remote control to lock or unlock the
car doors nor do I need a key to start the engine. Magic isn’t it? There is no
magic, its technology.
Just pushed the button to start the engine and drive! The car pick-up
is not too bad, very stable and smooth driving for long distance with fuel
economy. Thanks to Toyota's reliable and proven Variable Valve Timing with Intelligence (VVT-i) engine technology.
Comparing apple to an apple, the car responsiveness and performance can match
the car price range.
The car seat is important too, ensuring I can have a comfortable
long distance drive in the new black perforated combination leather seats. The 2015 ‘Value Beyond Belief’ concept by
Toyota that has given the cabin an impressive and class-above feel is
maintained. Travelling comfort over long distances is assured with the
ergonomically-sound structure of the front and rear seats.

comfortable for passengers, more legroom and easy storage.
Did I mention about the car stability and impact absorbing body
structure with high tensile steel that reduces the bump and bounce so that we

the go.

What do you think of this new Daytime Running Lights? Not only it
provides the visibility to others but also added the sleek and style to the
car. For those who like a sportier look there is the optional 5-piece Aerokit.
Thanks to the advanced infotainment system in the car, it makes my
journey more blissful. The new optional DVD-AVN system comes with a 7-inch
capacitive touchscreen, connectivity with compatible smartphones that will
allow connection to the internet, WiFi, HDMI, Bluetooth and even
Voice Recognition. Besides using ‘sweep gestures’ for navigation, I can
customize the display screen widgets. It comes with a reverse camera as well
and images are shown on a screen with higher resolution.

Last but not least, most of us love the 506-litre trunk space (VDA). Girls usually carry many stuff in our
car, one of the must have is shoes. I dare not count how many pairs of shoes
that I have in my cars and sometimes we need space to store our shopping and
etc…

If not only for the frequent floods in our city, I would have liked a small sedan like a Vios. Because of these floods, I am forced to buy a bigger car with higher clearance.

ReplyDeleteDid you know that the recent accident in EDSA involving a collision of a passenger bus and a Toyota Vios literally crushed the Vios? BUT the driver of the VIOS is miraculously safe and sustained only minor injuries. So I guess that says a lot about this line. :)
