Escapism, sunshine and the laid-back life of Miami and Palm
Springs are the influences at H&M Studio for Spring Summer 2015. The draped
shape of pyjamas sets the stylish tone, while a dazzle of prints and sportswear
influences are perfect for lounging all season long. Pyjamas are so easy to wear
and look so great, especially with heels. It’s about fun in the sun, then partying
into the night.
Themes
Draped pyjamas come in masculine stripes with matching pants, or
as a wrap jacket that’s either printed or in a shimmering brocade to wear with
fluid shorts.
Prints add to the feeling of warmth and playfulness, such as
flamingo birds on a bandeau bikini, a cactus print on a kaftan, or a trompe
l’oeil take on snakeskin on a feminine shift dress.
Sportswear elements are important, such as an oversized sleeveless
tennis shirt that can be worn as a dress, to the swimwear-like cutaway at the
back of a long tank.
A subtle tie-dye theme can be seen on both garments and accessories,
where the bucket hat is one of the key pieces.
Essential pieces are full of fun, with a 70s feeling from wide
flared jeans, front print Tshirts with elbow-length sleeves, and a choice of
rompers and jumpsuits for both day and night.
