Coway Air Purifier Tuba Review

Say no to Bad Air Day! I try to live a healthier life with cleaner and fresher air at home. Too much pollution around us is affecting our well-being so I try my best to reduce it in the way I can. Well, I have been using this Coway Air Purifier Tuba for more than a month. Why I need a huge capacity air purifier at home, does it make any difference, and what are the major improvements?

I have sensitive nose and sinus problems so during bad air days I really suffer. I feel so suffocated, lethargic, and sick like non-stop sneezing, cough, and flu. Therefore I decided to try this Coway New Air Purifier Tuba which is the No.1 Brand in Korea.

Well, after I have this Coway Air Purifier Tuba at home I felt that my whole family members are healthier. We encounter less flu, sneezing, teary eyes, and coughing. Plus I feel more comfortable staying and snuggle at home during the weekend. Now my family members prefer to spend more time at home especially in the living room, that is where the air purifier.  

The Air Purifier Tuba is user friendly and intelligent because it is equipped with HEPA filters, smart functions such as auto, safety, and saving mode without compromising its performance.

First and foremost, when I choose an air purifier I will make sure that it uses HEPA filter and its air purification performance. Because that's the main reason I need an air purifier at home is to eliminate the bad air and virus. Combined with an anti-flu HEPA filter and anti-microbial filter, Tuba is able to inactivate more types of viruses and bacteria than only using HEPA filter. It can reduce 99.99% of viruses and bacteria. This ensures that the air in our home is free from unwanted particles and germs.

There are 5 processes or stages of air purification: pre-filter removes large particles like hair, furs, and dust; medium filter eliminates germs, dust, and mildew; anti-microbial filter removes bacteria & viruses up to 99%; deodorization filter removes bad odor and the last stage is the anti-flu HEPA filter to removes cigarette smoke, viruses, germs, and micro dust.

Besides that, I like the auto Air Quality Indicator that helps to monitor the current indoor air quality in my home. If it's blue it’s clean, purple is low, pink is medium and red means the pollution level is high. Usually, mine is blue.

Tuba also equipped with smart functions A3 Saving mode, an intelligent mode which is different from other air purifiers which only go into sleep mode until morning when dim light is detected, not only Tuba has the mentioned function, it has an extra function where it will still continue to detect odor and dust in the air when shut down in sleep mode, and perform filtration when the dust is detected, and then shut down again.

Plus the Odor Sensor helps to detect and filter out the bad odor not forgetting the swing mode that improves the air circulation. That will keep the air in my home fresh and crisp.

I can set the mode and speed according to my need such as Auto, De-Odor, Sleep or Smart A3. For those with children, the Child Safety Lock is something that will ensures that children are unable to open to front cover of air purifier. Anyhow, even if kids manage to open the cover, the whole machine stops automatically once the cover is opened.
