I like the fluid and flexible Metal Ink Liquid Eye Liner brush tip

metal:ink’s waterproof formula is specially formulated with a high
amount of hydrophobic film-forming polymer which emulsifies in the water phase.
The formula is also fast-drying, once applied water evaporates and creates a
flexible film with good adhesion to skin, reducing the chance of color
transfer. It’s tough yet easy to wash away with shu uemura’s signature
cleansing oils and warm water.
