CNY 2015: Shu Uemura X Qiang Embroidery Limited Edition Cleansing Oil

In conjunction with 2015 Chinese New Year celebration, Shu Uemura introduced the limited edition Qiang Embroidery Cleansing Oil through its first collaboration with traditional Chinese artists. The two limited edition special packaging cleansing oil are Ultime8 sublime beauty cleansing oil and Anti/Oxi skin refining anti-dullness cleansing oil.

Qiang embroidery originates from one of China’s ethnic minority groups – the Qiang people. Since the year 1500 until now, the Qiang have kept the custom of wearing traditional clothes made from hand-worked embroidery – a form of craftsmanship passed on through generations of Qiang women.
