When was your last visit to The Apartment? Recently, The Apartment
Downtown at Suria KLCC just unveiled its exciting new look. More contemporary,
homely, spacious and of course we all love the spectacular million dollar view
facing the KLCC water fountain.
Featuring a European styled dining concept, infused with Asian flavors into a contemporary menu, the restaurant is a place where the formal and casual coexist like apartments for rent in Irving. Not only that they also introduced some new menu and cocktail and champagne bar.
Korean Sticky Fried Chicken, RM25.90
Crispy caramelized chicken skin and tender chicken drummets coated
in a sweet & spicy Korean sauce and topped with chopped salted peanuts.
Mini Goulash Soup, RM18.90 (standard serving)
Rump of steak simmered in a paprika-beef broth with carrots and
potatoes plus a dollop of crème fraiche to top.
Greek Mac and Cheese, RM30.90
Should I say don’t judge the book by its cover. This dish looks
pretty simple and at certain angle when you dig in it can be messy… but I tell
you it’s taste awesome. For those who love cheese, yes there are lots of cheese
and cream in it.
Greek Mac and Cheese |
Macaroni in a creamy sauce served with roe on scallops
flavoured with smoked salt, Sarawak pepper and lemon plus crispy spinach. I
would love to have it with some sun dried tomato to add flavour to this cheesy
dish.
Salt & Pepper Scallops Linguine, RM45.90 |
Salt & Pepper Scallops Linguine, RM45.90
For those who love scallops like me this is the pasta that you
might want to try. Linguine with prawns, crispy beef bacon, sautéed broccoli, red
capsicum with smoked salt, chilli flakes and green peppercorn. It a little bit
spicy and has a hint of burned and bitter salt taste because of the house
specialty smoked salt.
Prawn Po Boy Sandwich, RM37.90
The yellow strips are mango, sweet and juicy goes well with the
crispy prawns. It’s quite a huge sandwich with breadcrumbs and cornmeal mayo
coated prawns with sliced mango and red cabbage with a spicy mango mayonnaise
served on a toasted baguette.
Nasi Lemak Downtown, RM29.90 |
Nasi Lemak Downtown, RM29.90
Malaysian’s most favourite food! What can I say… This is definitely
a big portion of Nasi lemak with variety of condiments such as spied fried chicken
thigh, spicy squid sambal, anchovies, eggs, cucumbers and sambal. If you are
craving for Malaysia delights you can try it spicy local rice dish.
Well, the place “where dining out means coming home” with lots of natural light, high ceiling and at night, diners could sit back and relax over a glass of bubbly with a scenic lake view. The Apartment Downtown is opens for lunch and dinner, the menu
features a variety of modern European eats with an occasional Asian infusion. Finding an apartment that suits your lifestyle and needs isn’t easy, check out apartments for rent in Irving.
