Here is
my passport for my Paris Street experience to celebrate Kerastase 50th
Anniversary - The Art of Perfect Hair in Parisian chic style. The afternoon was
so fashionable, chic and classy. Kerastase Paris was launched in 1964 on rue
Royale by François Dalle, the CEO of L’Oréal Group and founder of Kérastase.

Today Kerastase
is presents in 67 countries. Throughout its history since 1964, Kérastase has accompanied
the liberation of women. For me Kerastase is a professional and excellent hair
care brand that caters for all types of hair, hair style and hair concerns from
scalp to our hair ends. Be it, it’s treatment or services or styling at the salon
or home always gives us the results that we want.

There
were a few Parisian experiences during the celebration, I handpicked my own
flowers, had my caricature draw at the street, make a birthday wish to Kerastase
and lock it, walk to the flea market to get my scarf or knick-knacks then
finally take a break had a coffee and croissant white waiting for the lunch to
start. Wow! that sounded to happening and chic…
50
years of pure 5 ambitions - ambition for
science and innovation to develop and improve their product quality; ambition for know-how to introduce new
art and technique of hairdressing; ambition
for diversity to constantly listens to consumers and research for products
that caters to address our concerns; ambition
for women to meet the needs of women who wants to feel good overall, mind
and body including hair; and ambition
for luxury, the brands speaks by itself the ultimate, intimate luxury.
Well,
there are many Kerastase products in the market and some of them you might have
experience before or currently using. Do you want to know, which one are their
cult products throughout the years?
Kerastase
10 Cult Products
1.
1997: Masque au Maïs - Kérastase creates the first haircare mask with corn germ
oil to nourish and soften the hair. As well, cornstarch offers more body while
waxes and catatonic derivatives enhance shine. Today this product is called Masquintense.
2.
1984: Lait Vital - the first fluid conditioner. A result of time and experience,
this conditioner is designed for dry hair and, with galenics borrowed from
skincare, the light texture enhances the hair without weighing it down.
3. 1987:
Kérastase Soleil - Kérastase creates the first suncare range for hair. Even
during a heat wave, the hair has its bodyguard. Both pre‑sun and after‑sun
formulas promise exciting summers sheltered from oxidative stress.
4.
1989: Sérum Réparateur - the first cutting-edge serum for smoothing the hair
cuticle and mending split ends thanks to macromolecules that create a seal
around everything they touch. It later evolves to enter the Nutri-sculpt range.
Its descendant is now called Touche Perfection.
5.
1990: Bains Satins - the first cleansers to take the plunge into the world of
haircare for fiber that is enveloped in gentleness, even as it’s being washed.
Their nutrition indicators (1.2.3) enable customized cleansing.
6. 1998:
Aqua Oleum - first nano-emulsion (jojoba oil and avocado oil dispersed in an
aqueous phase) capable of penetrating to the heart of the fiber in only 20
seconds to fill it with nutritive agents without ever weighing it down.
7.
2007: Ciment Thermique - first dual-action fiber “strengthener”. This “builder”
weaves itself into the hair to consolidate it via a vita-cement while a
vita-topseal provides supple protection for a structure that is both supple and
strong.
8.
2010: Elixir Ultime - first elixir with four precious oils. Refined, it melts
onto the fiber with a glossy glaze for the ultimate shine. And it rekindles the
glamour of haircare with its sensory pleasures and sensual application
technique.
9.
2012: Initialiste - first haircare fuel with natural apple cells for choice
nourishment to the scalp. So that it can spark the growth of beautifully transformed
hair, more attractive and more resistant.
10.
2013: Laque Couture - first hairspray to highlight discreet movement thanks to
a micronized polymer that forms an invisible net. A micro-dose is all a woman
needs for intense pleasure, a couture touch in the eyes of Luigi Murenu.
