Beat the Gush! Do you understand what is gush or gushes? Have you ever find yourself in the situation whereby you have this so called “sudden gushes”. It’s an unpleasant and unexpected dollop of stuff just came out like waterfall during periods. Oppsss… that time you really need to rush to the toilet to check if there is any leakage or you need to clean and change your pad. And if you found out that it leaked out and stained your pants or skirt OMG it's disaster. If this situation happen what should you do?

Well, I attended an intimate sharing session of "Beat the Gush" with the New Kotex with Aileen See, Marketing Manager, Kimberly-Clark Malaysia; celebrity Diana Danielle; and Abby Latif, programme director and WOMEN:girls and also with other bloggers. It was a fun-filled sharing and some awesome games session. This is a very girly event whereby we were in the comfortable mood and environment to open up for girls talk.

Sudden gushes are common experience during monthly periods at any time of the day, particularly there is sudden movement. Have you experience that? If yes, you are not alone.
