As you
know the Malaysia International Gourmet Festival, MIGF 2014 1st to 31st October
2014, so how many restaurant’s MIGF Menu have savour? Well, some of the menu
really excites me but some just the repetition from the previous years with a
bit of improvisation. I tried Nook Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral MIGF 2014 Menu,
it’s bit fusion, combination of traditional Malaysian with modern twist.

Well,

flavourful and tender.

Course 2 - Cod
Assam Pedas Sauce served with Garlic Rice, Salted Egg and Tempura Egg Plant
This Cod
Assam Pedas Sauce served with Garlic Rice, Salted Egg and Tempura Egg Plant is
my favourite dish of the night. I love the combination of fragrant garlic rice
with healthy piece of cod and the light sambal asam pedas. The small cut of
salted egg is brilliant because the sambal is quite light and mild so the
salted egg perfected the dish.

Cendol
Again
we play with our food, the Nook Cendol can’t be more special where the
glutinous rice is in cube and with the combinations of pandan rice flour jelly
(cendol), ba’kelalan salt, palm sugar ice and red bean. I wish the palm sugar could
be stronger and creamier.

Surprising
the cold Sour Boy perfect after a meal, mind you this is quite sour but I like
