Made in Malaysia! Still remember I my trip to the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre few weekends ago, I also managed to view the Royal Selangor Autumn 2014 Collection. I love the champagne flutes. Well, there are 5 elegant ranges for contemporary living in this collection – the Chateau, Circa, Miami, Zodiac and also Hard Drives.

The Chateau is the collection that I love the most plus my in laws like to collect all these pewter champagne flutes and wine goblets. The Chateau is very much inspired by the Renaissance, a time of artistic, scientific and financial growth from the 14th to 17th century. It features patterns from classical columns, pilasters and other architectural motifs from the time period. The collection consists of a highball glass, decanters, whiskey tumbler, bottle coasters, champagne flutes, wine goblets and an ice bucket.

The Circa tableware collection is defined by the clean lines and durable functionality of the 1950s mid-century modern design, which originated from the American interpretation of the International Style and Bauhaus movements. During the visit, I chose the Circa bowl simply because it has the elements of wood and metal something about Feng Shui. The Circa seamlessly combining Kulim wood and satin pewter accents, this collection comprises a spice mill, wine chiller, salad servers, bowls, bottle coaster and trays.

This retro chic candle stands is so romantic. The mid-century modern aesthetic is once again highlighted in Miami. This collection features repeated curves which convey a sexy vibe, while bright pewter accents provide an interesting visual contrast.
