First, I had one on one personal consultation. Then proceed to do the body analysis to determine my fats, muscle, water, BMI and etc. The consultant told me that my body problems are flabbiness and my skin is lack of hydration and glow.

This treatment is quite comfortable not as I imagined the pain that I have to go through. After the warp, Doreen the therapist setup the heat blanket on the treatment bed and I laid on it then she cover my whole body with the hot blanket. The heat temperature is adjustable so if you feel too hot or dizzy you can inform the therapist to reduce the temperature. This treatment helps to relieving muscle, improving blood circulation and reducing fluid retention. I am literally sweating.

These were the three body treatments that I did on that day and it takes me about 1hour and 15 minutes. I can fell that my back thigh and buttocks are slightly firmer. We took body measurement before and after the treatment, I can see there are slight drop well this is only my first trial and I am able to see the difference.

Overall, I am satisfies with both Mayfair Bodyline body treatments and facial. I can see my skin improvements and some results on the body treatment. The services are good; their consultants and therapists are professional.
