The Big Ticket Contest @ MBO Cinemas

Do you want to win a car? Do you wish that these two Chevrolet Cruze 1.8 Sedan Cars could be yours. Don’t just wish act on it and you stand a chance to win one of those. With the Lucky Scratch Off and Big Ticket contests. Everyone is an instant winner when they scratch a ticket and will receive either popcorn, soft drinks, movie tickets or Zalora vouchers from 15th May until 20th August (redemption ends 31st Aug. 2014). MBO Cinemas is currently the Cinema Operator with the most diversified locations in Malaysia with a total 25 cinemas with 180 screens.

 All you need to do are answer a simple question and complete a slogan to have a shot at winning one of the two Chevrolet cars or Limited Edition Transformers 4 premium products. The Big Ticket contest runs from mid-May and will be divided into two parts with similar prizes given for both draws – Draw 1 is for entries from 15th May through 30th June while Draw 2 is for entries received from 1st July through 20th August.

During the launch event for the contests, we were given a firsthand experience of the innovations provided by MBO Cinemas, which are aimed at enhancing and providing a comfortable, exciting and memorable cinematic experience for movie goers.

Being among the first to move from 35mm film projection to full digitalised projection on all screens, MBO Cinemas also introduced new innovations such as the ‘actuator seats’ at the MBO Citta Mall - the first of its kind in Malaysia. Actuator seats are a very cool technology; Subwoofers are fixed to the seats, and synchronised with the audio. During loud explosion or strong bass impact, the seats will vibrate and the movie goers get to ‘feel’ the movie on our seat.
