Nike Women Run Free Rooftop Celebration

This fitness event was strictly for women only. Last saturday 17 May 2014, more than 200 women stood together as a striking force of fitness at Nike's Nike Women Run Free Rooftop Celebration event. It was like a sisterhood get together event, we ran, exercise, dance, motivate each other and at the same time have a great time.

Nike Women Run Free Rooftop Celebration event was held as a highlight to the weeklong Nike Free Activation program at LOT 10 Shopping Centre, Kuala Lumpur concourse; which saw displays and trials of the new Nike Free footwear and also Nike Women fitness apparel.

On that saturday evenings, we challenged ourselves to an exhilirating workout led by the hottest fitness instructors in town. The event started with a warm up session led by emcee Azura Zainal before we hit Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur for a short run.

The Bukit Bintang area turned orange as the women sped through the central artery of the golden triangle before going up LOT 10 to convene at the rooftop. I love the sunshine orange Nike We Run running tee, it’s the colours of happiness and motivation.

We ran all the way up to Lot 10 Rooftop. Then continue with workout session of Nike Training Club led by fitness instructors and top DJ, DJ Arabyrd. Nike Training Club is a Nike app with over 100 full body workouts inspired by top Nike athletes and designed by NTC Master Trainers. NTC helps you track progress, stay motivated and train better.

We had a good time during the workout session even though some steps were quite challenging for beginners.
