Mother’s Day Meal at Chicago Rib House

Why not discover what Chicago rib house has installed for Mother’s Day this year. Few weeks ago, I had a chance to review Mother’s Day Menu at Chicago Rib House.

Chicago Rib House Mother’s Day Menu

This is a 3 course menu, you can choose a starter, main course and seal it with a sweet treat dessert to end the meal.

Starter Choices

Potato Skins

Potato Skins: Crispy Potato Skins covered in Cheese, topped with Chives, Bacon bits and serve with Ranch Dressing.

Beer Battered Fried Mushrooms

Beer Battered Fried Mushrooms: Crispy Fried Mushrooms served with Ranch Dressing. This crispy at the outside and juicy mushroom inside.

Pigs in a Blanket

Pigs in a Blanket: BBQ Cocktail Sausages wrapped with grilled Bacon and serve with our signature Bourbon sauce. Yummy! This is my choice, I like the crispy edges bacons and flavourful bourbon sauce. It goes well with beer too.

Main Course Choices

Trio of Ribs

Trio of Ribs: A sampler of ribs served in Original BBQ, Honey Garlic & Bourbon sauce and served with a choice two sides. This is my choice, I simply can’t get enough of the Chicago Rib House pork ribs. As usual I like the Bourbon Sauce but in this platter there are 3 different sauce so I get to savour the all. The portion is quite big. My choice of side is usually the grilled vegetables and the beer battered fries.

Salmon & Shrimp in Caper Sauce

Salmon & Shrimp in Caper Sauce: This main course is served with a choice two sides. It’s lighter and for those who love seafood.

Dessert Choices

Chocolate Sundae

Chocolate Sundae: The ultimate Chocolate ice-cream sundae topped with Hot Fudge and Almonds

Banana Split

Banana Split: Double scoops of vanilla ice-cream nestled between a fresh split banana and topped with Chocolate Fudge. This is my choice, the can’t go wrong with vanilla ice cream and I love banana.

From 18 April to 18 May 2014, diners can express their love for their mothers by surprising them with a scrumptious 3 course Mother’s Day Meal featuring some of Chicago Rib House signature dishes at RM59.90 only.

Overall, I find that this 3 course menu is very value for money and the portion is big. For mummy and those who love to eat pork ribs you are in for a treat and at the same time you can eat all the ribs in 3 types of sauces Original BBQ, Honey Garlic & Bourbon sauce.

In addition to the special Mother’s Day menu, Chicago rib house will also be organizing a Mother’s Look Alike Contest. If you think you’ve inherited your mother’s good looks, all you have to do is snap a photo with your Mother’s Day set menu, and post it on Chicago Rib House facebook page.
