What is the new and upcoming building in Kuala Lumpur? Well, there
are a few construction going on in the hub of KL city and Bukit Bintang golden
triangle. This March is the commencement of construction of the five-star
‘Royale Pavilion Hotel’, which is targeted for completion in June of 2016. The
hotel, which will be developed above the renowned and popular Couture Precinct
of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, will feature 329 rooms ranging from 400sq. ft. to
over 600 sq. Ft.

Soon by 2016, after the shoppers shop till they drop, then they
can check in Royale Pavilion Hotel. It’s so convenient and classy. The Royale
Pavilion Hotel is owned by Harmoni Perkasa Sdn Bhd and designed by KL Pavilion
Design Studio, the ‘Royale Pavilion Hotel’ project will take just over two
years to complete at an investment of RM330million and is expected to create
between 250 and 300 new jobs.
