My camera said sayonara to me when I was travelling in US so I am back to KL with a broken camera. So sad, I only use my smartphone to take pictures during events and reviews. Last Saturday was such a blessing, I attended the Sony Alpha 5000 Blogger Gathering @ Carcosa Seri Negara. Then the world’s lightest interchangeable-lens digital camera with built in Wi-Fi and NFC landed on my hand to rescue me for a while.

Hey! not only I get to review the latest Sony Alpha 5000 digital camera but guess what my unit is PINK! which is my favourite colour, happy. 

That day I also meet many bloggers and professional photographers; oh yes not forgetting the elegant and fine afternoon tea.

The event kicked start with the welcome speech from Kikuo Okura San, Sony Malaysia Managing Director. 

After that was brief product presentation by Ishida Masahiko, Head of Digital Imaging Sony Malaysia.

After the presentation, there was a mini photography competition among bloggers. The winner will walk away with a new Sony Alpha 5000 camera. The judging points are background defocus, details and creativity. 

We were then given 1 hour to take any pictures in the room, then everyone is busy taking pictures and picking up some photography skills and also enjoy the scrumptious afternoon tea.
