Mireica Oral Skin Supplement Review

I just finished a box of Mireica last week. I’m taking oral skin supplement daily besides my regular skincare regimen at home to maintain my skin youthfulness. How about you? Do you take any oral skin supplement?  Oral skin supplements are fast becoming mainstream skincare.

Mireica nutria-peau is a oral skin supplements that contains plant and marine phytonutrients, marine proteins, elastin peptides and lipids. One of key ingredient is Astaxanthin a super nutrient and anti oxidant. It is the reddish pigment in certain algae and also cause the pink/red color on salmon, lobsters, prawn and other seafood. Studies have proven that it improves skin moisture level, causes wrinkle reduction, protects your cells, organs and body tissues from oxidative damage.

My Mireica Story and Review 

I can’t deny that recently too many things going on at the same time till I do not have proper rest. Constantly juggling my time with my work, family and also maintaining my blog is quite a challenge. Arghh… lack of sleep, I need my 8 hours beauty sleep. But sometimes chasing deadline I have to forgo my sleep to complete my tasks. Sleep is a luxury for me, sometimes I feel bad for my body and my skin. When I am lack of sleep it shows, dull skin, panda eyes, dry lips and cranky mood. By the way, did I tell you if we are lack of sleep we aged very fast. I am not scaring you, its truth. So go to bed early ok.

However, I drink Mireica every morning the moment I wake up. I pour a sachet of Mireica in to a glass and add room temperature water. Then you can see the effervescent and dissolve into like cranberry colour. It taste like berry juice with a hint of sweetness, quite pleasant to drink. No fishy taste or weird take. I prefer room temperature water rather than cold water in the morning. Well it is advisable to take it in the morning or before bedtime with empty stomach. I like to drink it in the morning.

On the first week I don’t really see much result after the second week onwards I can feel that I don’t look so tired and moody when I wake up. I continue to finish the whole box. Even though lack of sleep, I am glad that I can maintain my skin radiance and suppleness. Thanks to Mireica. Of course many of you might not able to guess my age if I do not tell you. Anyway I skip this question…  

Overall, I feel that Mireica decent oral skin supplement and easy to consume. If you finish a box according to the instruction and drink it consistently you can see the gradual result. The pricing also reasonable for a month of supply is RM178 almost RM6 per day. Well if its show results than is worth it. Daily skincare regime is important, if we could boost it with daily oral skin supplements is event better. Its the beauty from within, internal skincare.  

Usage: Mireica is best taken with empty stomach in the morning or before bedtime. Pour a sachet of Mireica into a glass and add cold or room temperature water; best with cold water. The effervescent powder will dissolve and drink immediately.
