I mean the actress that became globally recognizable after six successful seasons on the internationally renowned series, Gossip Girl. Blake Lively is Hollywood New Rising Star and she is the New L’Oreal Paris Spokesperson; an actress of true and genuine talent on the International movie scene.

She is born in Los Angeles, California, the 26-year old explosive beauty, exuding an ultra-glamorous sense of style is becoming L’Oréal Paris’ new Spokesperson.
