It’s school holiday season did you go holiday with your family or go shopping at the same time enjoy the Christmas ambiance in Malaysia shopping malls. You can savour the Chef’s recommendations such as the chilled mango cream puree with pearl sago; steamed custard buns; chilled sea coconut with snow fungus; red bean soup with lotus seed and gingko nuts; almond cream; glutinous rice balls with black sesame filling; Chinese petits fours and other pastries.

My favourite is the red bean soup with lotus seed and gingko nuts together with glutinous rice balls with black sesame filling. It’s the thick read bean soup with soft and nutritious gingko, when I bite on the glutinous rice balls imagine the aroma of sesame.
