I previewed the new Bally collection during a special preview session, showcase and dinner along with other new collections namely Police, Porsche Design and Charmant Blue Label by Sin Kwang Group at The Gardens Hotel last week. I am loving the Police Mirrored Lenses shades… hey green or red? The Bally sunglass was unique lined in leather but not so cool on me. Porsche Design looks elegance and sophisticated.

This brand has been around for long time, my mum has been wearing this Charmant frames for ages.

The Bally collection has captured the essence of the 160 year-old Swiss brand whilst reinterpreting its iconic elements in the eyewear collection’s signature details such as the red and white Trainspotting stripe, the Mountain Goat motif, the Bally Crest and the Block-B.

The first eyewear collection in the world by Bally and the anchor in the men’s collection is a classic aviator design featuring a bridge nosepiece and temples lined in leather. The Bally’s Block-B is crafted from metal and mounted inside the temples placed at the end tip. Lenses are available in brown or polarised green. The sophisticated feminine style of the women’s collection is best highlighted by a key oval, acetate frame which temples are enhanced by intertwined leather and metal rings that mirror the elegance of the chain on a Bally handbag. in selected leading outlets. 

We started with the group by group preview of the four brands Police, Porsche Design, Bally and Charmant Blue Label sunglasses and frames. Then followed by the 10-course Chinese dinner in The Gardens Hotel & Residence, KL. The Fall Winter Eyewear Collection 2013 / 2014 preview, showcase and gala dinner by Sin Kwang Group was a great turn out. Overall, I think the Fall Winter collection are unique and chic, glad to see more Police colored mirrored lenses and Porsche Design aviator shades plus the leather lined frame from Bally.
