Elegantology AFC: New Elegantology Collection Launch @ Publika, Solaris Dutamas

It was an exquisite and stylish couture, cuisine & cognac night of gold elegance at the New Elegantology Collection Launch. I was privileged to attend the launch of Elegantology’s new menswear collection with a grand fashion showcase and followed by the 5 course dinner invitation at the Elegantology Gallery & Restaurant @ Publika, Solaris Dutamas. That night Asian Food Channel (AFC) was also there shooting this fashion and food extravaganza event.   

Elegantology Gallery & Restaurant is collaboration between Beatrice Looi, renowned Malaysian fashion designer and the oldest cognac house Martell with mutual goal of supporting and nurture our local creative fashion and gastronomy industry.

Basically, Elegantology Gallery & Restaurant is a creative space that houses a couture gallery featuring exclusive men’s fashion and lifestyle collections created by established local designers such as Beatrice Looi, Daniel Chong, Hayden Koh, Ian Chang, Jason Zeck Lee, Joe Chia, Justin Yap and Venie Tee alongside a gastronomic haven helmed by celebrity chefs Sherson Lian and Johnny Fua.

Elegantology New Menswear Collection Fashion Showcase

The new collection is an upscale and ultimate fashion statement for the elegant and polished man to rise above with style. Hayden Koh’s The Empire State of Men collection mesmerize leather sweater with chain surely something outstanding. Of course, Beatrice Looi’s Debonair Gentleman seal the collection showcase with a spark of modern sophistication and bring out the charms in men.  

Venie Tee Collection themed Wunderkammer (Wonder Room)

The fashion show kicked off with VenieTee’s new collection themed Wunderkammer (Wonder Room). Its funky and fun with a modernized cut and element of the “owl” which is the signature of the line to create fun, chic menswear looks. 

Hayden Koh Collection Empire State of Men

Hayden Koh The Empire State of Men for the men of tomorrow exudes ageless and perfection.  The main color palette is white and grey with one of the key pieces in the collection being the leather sweater with gold chains.

Justin Yap Collection themed Urban Sovereign

Justin Yap collection themed Urban Sovereign an urban style monarch - arctic military versus urban nightlife. Justin Yap’s new collection are masculine with a lot of autumn colours - black, charcoal, grey, navy and white.  

Jason Zeck Lee Collection - Fashion B.L.A.C.K

Jason Zeck Lee is debuting his clothing collection with a black theme.  Black is the key to discovery as black becomes clearer with a shine of light and conversely, light becomes brighter when it connects with darkness.  

Ian Chang with his Simple & Elegant Collection

Ian Chang with his supreme simplicity excellence and elegance. Bold and color contrast makes the collection prominent.   

Joe Chia Collection - Somewhere

Celebrities such as Will Quah, Peter Davis, Hansen Lee, Steve Yap, Lawrence Wong, Frederick Lee and Singaporean supermodel Charmaine Harn seen showcasing the designers collection. 

Betrice Looi Debonair Gentlemen Collection is for the elegant man who embrace his individual style and charm, appreciates the elegant combination of luxurious fabric and meticulously hand-sewn embellishments, embracing the modern male sophistication. This is the most outstanding collection that exudes the Gentlemen era, men in suits looks stylish and exciting. 

Elegantology Celebrity Chefs - Chef Sherson Lian & Chef Johnny Fua

After the fashion show, we were treated to a 5-course scrumptious dinner together with the celebrities and designers. The cuisines were specially created and crafted with golden touch by Elegantology’s celebrity chefs Johnny Fua and Sherson Lian.

Thinking of the Yukon Potato & Naganegi Hearty Soup Foie Gras and Pan Fried Cod Roulade with Pumpkin Gnocchi salivate my appetite. The menu at the Elegantology Restaurant changes every two weeks to create new dining experiences. 

Martell VSOP Cognac in Golden Amber Shade bottle

Well, adding to the Gold Elegance ambience was the golden amber shade of the Martell VSOP cognac that was paired with the sumptuous dinner.

We were also entertained by the magic and charm of Zlwin besides the great music, cuisine, cognac and company. 

Elegantology Gallery & Restaurant gives an entire dining experience that elevates our senses, with a unique setting that allows customers to dine amidst an elegant lifestyle backdrop with limited edition clothes and accessories.

Overall, the New Elegantology Collection Launch event was remarkable experience; an exclusive night of fashion, fine dining and socializing in the posh environment and chic establishment. The whole Elegantology New Collection is creative with a distinction of elegant, class and taste that men and also women should check out.
