Glam & Soul: Thomas Sabo New Autumn Winter 2013 Collection

Glam & Soul is the theme of Thomas Sabo New Autumn Winter 2013 Collection. The one piece that is still toying in my mind until now is the Open Your Heart pendant. That thursday evening I was at Thomas Sabo exclusive dinner for the launch of the new Autumn / Winter 2013 Sterling Silver Glam & Soul Collection at the La Vie En Rose Restaurant, Kuala Lumpur.

Thomas Sabo Glam & Soul Women’s Collection, renowned for its Sterling silver creations, sparkled with the new design signature for 2013 – 18 carat yellow and rose gold plated sterling silver. 

New opulence was celebrated with a combination of rose gold and yellow gold plated Arabesque pendants accompanied by rose quartz and the new Love Knot series symbolizing love and fortune.

There is something to WOW us too. That evening we also discovered the fashionable revival of the highly expressive ear cuff which is experiencing a renaissance at Thomas Sabo with the tri-colour combination ear cuff and feather earrings by means of a filigree chain proving the most talked about pieces.

Plus, in keeping with the fabulous Glam & Soul Collection, Thomas Sabo new watch designs also reflected the tri-colour trend.

A highlight was the presentation of the new AW2013 campaign which features Poppy Delevingne as the global brand ambassador for the Women’s Glam & Soul Collection. Poppy Delevingne, a top British model and internationally celebrated style icon, is the face of the evocative campaign for the women’s wear and perfectly captures the spirit associated with the brand with her youthful twist and seductive charm.

The Thomas Sabo “Rebel at Heart” Men’s Collection was presented autonomously with countless items of jewellery with rebellious attitude and blackened silver – the material that lends the designs their special coolness. Although created for the rebellious gentleman, the “Rebel at heart” Collection includes numerous unisex items of jewellery.

Warmly welcomed were local celebrities and models such as Chermaine Poo, Jehan Miskin, Peter Hugh Davis and Yise Loo.
