I consume a sachet of HGC (Hyaluronic Acid, Gluthathione and Vitamin C) a day, every morning when I wake up before breakfast. I usually mix the white powder with a glass of water and drink it immediately. My suggestion the best is still mix with water not with juices or other beverages. Unless you are not able to tolerate the taste or smell. Well, HGC powder when mixed with water it has no taste and smell so its easy to consume. Don't have to worry about the fishy smell or weird taste. Plus I find that the packaging in an individual pack or sachet is very hygiene and convenient. My skin condition is dry and dehydrated. After 5 days, I can see and feel the skin around my elbow improves a lot.
