Ramadhan Recipe: Sup Gearbox for 10  persons


Ingredients:
•        1 kg Beef marrow
•        5 lt Water
•        300 gm Soup powder
•        0.50 gm Cardamom pods white 
•        0.50 gm Star Anise
•        0.50 gm Cloves whole
•        200 gm Onion
•        33.33 gm Garlic
•        0.20 gm Screw Pain Leaf  (pandan leaf)
•        1tbsp Pepper
•        0.50 gm Shallot Fried
•        300 gm Potato
•        300 gm Carrot
•        0.5 lt Cooking Oil
•        Salt

Preparation:
•        Cut beef marrow meat into, 2 by 2cm.
•        Mix kurma with 2 lt water. Peel potatoes, carrots and cut into 1cm cubes.
•        Heat oil and add sliced onions. Fry for 2 minutes on high heat, add in the cloves, 
          star anise and cardamom. Fry for ½ minute.
•        Add soup paste and fry for another ½ minutes.
•        Add 2 lt water and stir well, add screw pain leaf and lower the heat, stir for 5 
          minutes at medium heat.
•        Add water, beef marrow and simmer until ¾ cooked. Add potatoes and carrots 
          and simmer until done. 
•        Season to taste.
•        To serve, sprinkle with fried shallots.
