Ramadhan Recipe: Mee Rebus Tulang Kambing for 10 persons

Ingredients:
•        1 kg Sweet potatos
•        250 gm Lamb meat with bones
•        200 gm Shallot
•        0.80 gm Garlic
•        0.80 gm Ginger
•        200 gm Prawn paste
•        150 gm Chili paste
•        0.50 gm Tumeric
•        Sugar and salt

Preparations:
•        Peel sweet potato and boil.
•        Heat the oil in a pot and sauté remaining items with shrimp paste and chilli paste.
•        Blend boiled sweet potatoes and put it into the pot and add water
•        Cook until boil.
•        Add sugar and salt.
