Nike Flyknit Lunar1+ Review - The Perfect Fit For The Perfect Run

Wow! Pink Flash/Black Fireberry pair of running shoes is surely an attention grabber. I have been eyeing for this pair since Nike Flyknit Lunar1+ was launched back in February 2013. Finally, I got it as my latest running shoes. Cool!

I attended the Nike Flyknit workshop at the Curve, Mutiara Damansara recently. During the workshop we tested the Nike Flyknit Lunar1+ shoes and knit the Flyknit and Nike swoosh logo. It was fun and hilarious afternoon with this bunch friends from Nike, PR, media and bloggers.

Review: NIKE Flyknit Lunar1+

Yes! I love the Pink Flash / Black Fireberry color and this is my favorite color among all the 8 available colors.  NIKE Flyknit Lunar1+ is a snug and agile shoe that fits like a sock and is as light as a feather. I am wearing women size US7 and it only weight 5.7 ounces, super light. 

The special feature is of course the Flyknit which is the most comfortable, ultra lightweight and innovative knit upper that fit like a second skin. Since the upper shoe is knitted so it enhanced the breathability and it is stretchable thus gives a good grip and more precise fit.

Lunarlon sole is cushioning

The sole is from Lunarlon, it is an ultra soft cushioning that gives a good support and responsive ridewhile running. The heel is soft and the midfoot has solid support while the forefoot is responsive and flexible.

Not forgetting the wraparound Flywire cables on the upper cradle the foot for locked-down support. These ultra-lightweight cables are customizable through the laces and grip the arch for a dynamic and supportive fit.

During the event I also learned some tips, we can make the shoes fits better by steaming it with garment steamer for about 20 seconds before wearing it. This will help to moist and expand the upper part and when we wear it will mould to our feet gives a better fit while we run.

Overall, this is an incredible lightweight and comfortable like second skin with good cushioning running shoes. This ultra-light shoe combines revolutionary Flyknit and ultra soft Lunarlon cushioning that gives a perfect run. Nike Flyknit Lunar1+ is a great choice for running shoes especially for the hot and humid weather here.
