My Shoe Shopping Experience at Larrie Concept Store, Sunway Pyramid

Last week after my lunch appointment at Thai Thai Sunway Pyramid, I have a few more hours before my next beauty event. Instead of sitting at the café and checking emails arghhh… I decided to walk around the mall trying to burn my lunch calories, well another reason for me to shop. Yeah right! There are so many temptations surrounding me in the shopping mall. I have a long list of things that I need and wish to buy but when it comes to shoes… it’s irresistible. Well, women we can never have enough of shoes.

From afar I can see Larrie Concept Store waving at me. I have bought a few pairs of flats shoes from Larrie before but this time I have something different in mind. At one glance as you enter the Larrie Concept Store in Sunway Pyramid on the right hand side is all the ladies shoes display area and on the left hand side is the men’s shoes section, casual clothing, bags, socks and others.

Women Shoes Section

This store is spacious and it carry a variety of product ranges. Larrie offered a great variety of active footwear, ballerina, executive footwear and comfort sandals in different color ways. The product display is divided into segments and that makes it easy for me and customer to choose and decide what to buy; smart merchandising concept. The store assistant, Cik Wawa are very friendly and helpful when i was there.

You usually see me wearing flats, so this time I have in mind to get a more elegance and formal heels which is moderate high, something like 2 or 3 inch. However, it must be comfortable and can easily match my wardrobe. After trying out all these shoes finally I go for the Cap-Toe Ash Brown Heels. That fit in all my requirements.

Here are some Tips for Shoe Shopping:

1. Get the right shoe size. Be sure to stand up when the salesperson measures your feet. This will ensure that your feet are at their longest, and that you get the most accurate measurement.

2. Always consider comfort and versatility. No point getting sexy killer heels that will kill your feet later and you wear it once or twice. I am sure you would not want to suffer that type of pain.

3. Wear the shoes and walk around the store for a few rounds. Make sure is comfortable. Be sure to stand up when the salesperson measures your feet. This will ensure that your feet are at their longest, and that you get the most accurate measurement.

4. Use your index finger to fit behind the shoe’s heel and your heel. It should slide between them easily. If your finger cannot fit, the shoes are too tight. If your finger has too much room, the shoes are too large.

5. Check your toes should be able to wiggle comfortably inside the tip of your shoes. You should be able to fit the width of your thumb in between the tips of your toes and the end of the shoe.
